Legal
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Opus Strategic LLC (“we“, “us“, “our“) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit opusagentic.com or contact us through this website.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following personal information:
- Contact information — your name, email address, company name, and any message you send via our contact or booking forms.
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent on the site, referring URLs, browser type, and device information, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications — records of any emails or enquiries you send to us.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as payment card details) through this website.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- Schedule and manage discovery calls booked through this site.
- Improve the website and understand how visitors use it.
- Send you relevant communications where you have given permission.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following grounds:
- Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiries and improve our services.
- Consent — where you have explicitly agreed, for example by accepting cookies.
- Contract — to fulfil any service agreement entered into with you.
4. Cookies
This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to make the site work correctly and to understand how it is used. When you first visit, you can choose to accept all cookies or allow only those that are strictly necessary.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies help us understand visitor behaviour so we can improve the site. These are only set if you choose “Accept all”.
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage or via your browser settings.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Cal.com — for scheduling discovery calls. See cal.com/privacy.
- Gravity Forms — for processing form submissions on this website.
- HubSpot — for managing customer relationships. See HubSpot’s privacy policy.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
6. AI assistant (Elsie)
Our website offers an AI assistant, Elsie, available as a text chat and an optional voice call. If you choose to use Elsie:
- Conversation content — the messages you type, or the audio and transcripts of a voice call, are processed in order to answer your questions.
- Processing — conversations are handled by our own automation infrastructure and passed to third-party AI providers to generate responses: AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) for text generation and search, and Retell AI for voice calls. See Retell’s privacy policy.
- Session identifier — a random identifier is stored in your browser’s session storage so the conversation can maintain context. It is not used to track you across sites and disappears when you close the browser tab.
- Retention and review — we may retain and review conversation logs to improve Elsie’s accuracy and our services.
Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details or health information) with Elsie. Using Elsie is entirely optional — you can always contact us by email or book a call instead.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Contact form submissions and enquiry records are typically retained for up to 2 years.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at admin@opusagentic.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
